I am a Bowen Therapist, Reiki Master / Teacher, and practitioner of Access Energy Consciousness. My journey into healing began as a personal quest for self-discovery and restoration. Through my own healing journey, I've developed a deep passion for guiding others on their paths to wellness.

Your healing journey begins with a friendly consultation to understand your needs and concerns. We'll discuss why you're here and pinpoint any areas of focus.
Each session is generally 1 hour with 1h 30 for a Face Sculpting Massage (1h massage, 30min for initial consult and photo)
For Bowen Therapy, after a brief assessment, you'll lie comfortably on the treatment table. I'll gently manipulate your soft tissue to stimulate your body's natural healing response. The treatment is performed through light comfortable clothing.
During Reiki sessions, I work with your energy body, using gentle touch to restore balance and vitality.
For the Face Sculpting FaceUp™ Massage, please arrive with a clean face free from makeup. This revitalising treatment enhances skin clarity and tone, but it's important to note it's not suitable for those with fillers or botox.

The experience can be intense, especially during the first session, particularly around the neck and jaw. I adjust the pressure based on your needs to ensure your comfort throughout the session.
Does the Face Sculpting Massage hurt?
Arrive with comfortable clothing and well hydrated. Come with an open heart & mind ready to receive healing.
How should I prepare for my first Bowen treatment?
It is recommended to have 3 Bowen sessions one week apart. Sometimes, the issue is resolved after one session, sometimes, you will need more.
How many Bowen sessions will I need?
Drink a lot more water than usual. Avoid hot showers or spas as it will diminish the effects of the treatment. Take it easy.
what should i do after my bowen therapy?
After your Face Sculpt session I will provide personalised self-massage exercises that I teach you to maintain and enhance your results. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water to support detoxification and promote glowing skin. This holistic approach ensures lasting benefits beyond the session, empowering you to enhance your skincare and wellness routine at home.
